By using the We Rent Cold website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Rental Services
We Rent Cold provides refrigerated trailer rentals for:
- Events
- Restaurants
- Job sites
- Commercial and private use
All rentals are subject to availability.
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed by phone or email
- A quote does not guarantee reservation until confirmed
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request
Delivery & Service Area
- We deliver within a 60-mile radius of Houston, TX
- Delivery, setup, and pickup are included unless stated otherwise
- Customer must ensure site access for trailer delivery
Rental Period
- Rental duration is agreed at time of booking
- Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges
Payment Terms (Placeholder)
- Payment terms will be shared at the time of booking
- Full or partial payment may be required before delivery
Cancellations
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible
- Late cancellations may be subject to fees (if applicable)
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and accessible delivery location
- Proper use of the trailer during rental period
- Any damage caused during rental (excluding normal wear and tear)
Limitation of Liability
We Rent Cold is not responsible for:
- Loss of business or revenue due to equipment issues
- Indirect or consequential damages
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
